Quoted from Ballypin:Expanding on the On Beam explosion, there are 2 for sale in Ohio right now.
One is a German one I believe and the other I made a offer and he told he has turned down $600.00 for it.

If you are referring to the one in Bluffton, OH (north of Lima) it started at 1200. I offered 600 and he said he would do 900. Then he came down to 750 firm. His ads have dropped to 1000, then 900, then 800, then 750. He just asked if I would do 650. I would if there were 300 in the coin box.
Quoted from Fytr:Made a quick 6 hour (return) drive last night to pick up this new addition to the fleet...
...and yes, a classic Stern widebody will just barely fit in the back of a 2005 RAV4 (with the rear seats removed).
Hey, good use of those foam floor mats!
These last few posts remind me of the episode where Fred bought Wilma a bowling ball for her birthday.
Quoted from DadofTwins:Bought my son the game he has been wanting for a long time.
Now that's a great way for a father and son to bond. Nice work!

Hey buddy if it was up to me I would of bought 2 NBA jams with a link cable.

I know what you mean Ballypin and another question why are the cabinets on that pin mostly painted over! I did find a photo of what it should look like and that would help. I have never played that pin before is it that GOOD?
Went about as Old School as you can get, a 1948 Gottlieb Jack N Jill, bought at the Vancouver Flipout! The more woodrails I see, the more I want!!
Quoted from dgpinball:The more woodrails I see, the more I want!!
dgpinball I know what you mean. The customer base on woodrails is limited and sometimes they are way over my price for them. I have seen some over the $1,000.00 mark.

Now it makes sense why the BC market is dry for pins. They're all in dgpinball's collection
Traded up from demo man - thanks to davideokills and superelectric pinabll parlor.
Since I haven't picked up anything recently, I'll post this pickup a friend just made. He got it from a friend of a friend of the family who had bought it back when he won the lottery 20 years ago. It's dirty, but it plays really well for not having been used in years. It will clean up really nicely. He also got it ridiculously cheap which always helps. Color me jealous.
Quoted from klr650:Hey, good use of those foam floor mats!
Yeah, they are super handy to have around.

When we were still dating I bought my wife an Addams Family once for her birthday. Her friends didn't think much of it...

A good friend of mine bought his wife a ToM from me for Christmas many many years ago. It resided in the living room and was only their second pinball purchase at the time. The hobby has snowballed for them since then.

On the flip side..... I was called out to put back together a Williams Funhouse.
Yea knows "the other woman" syndrome.
I sold a guy my Meteor and his girlfriend at the time got jealous and took an ax to it. Sad.
Quoted from Michael-Dutch:On our way tmrw morning to check out a Getaway High Speed 2, a lazy 26 hour round drive plus stops hope its worth it.
Wow! I hope you enjoy the journey, that is dedication!

That was my first pin. Don't let this one "getaway" from you.
Quoted from Reality_Studio:..... targets don't always trigger, etc but overall it's not bad.
Replace little piss ass resistors attached to ever switch, that is usually the cause on a non triggering switch that is making contact. they cost nothing
Quoted from EricHadley:Traded "The Hobbit" for this gem today
It's nice to trade up.
Quoted from Lord_of_the_pins:Is that the playfield beside the cabinet ???
He's got some 'splainin to do...

Next to a "box" of acid....
Quoted from weaverj:is that the one from allentown?
No, it's from a guy about 20 minutes from me. Game hasn't left his basement since he bought it NIB. Pro LED with some good mods, and I have a box of some I've been saving up that I might put on it.
Quoted from cosmokramer:Next to a "box" of acid....
That's to funny , I didn't originally notice the acid !! Maybe I have been transporting things wrong this whole time . I wonder what kind of acid it is and what hell do you use it for ???
Got it out of the garage into the house , installed the custom apron and the led'd archer . The troll over left ramp was already added .
