I use Qtips and Windex, amidie?

I'd use Windex with no ammonia, ammonia can harm the plastic.

Brush out with a dry brush might be good enough, then Qtip and cleaner.

Canned air and a small paint brush first. Then if still dirty a cotton swab moistened with Mean Green.

    Q-tip and novus 1

I put some water and a drop or two of dish soap in a shallow dish.
Then dip one end of a Q-tip in the water and swipe the insert clean. Then dry insert with other end of Q-tip.
    Really easy, really cheap.

    Plexus on a q tip

My TZ's inserts were particularly gunky. I dipped my Qtips in 93% Isopropyl first, then dry wiped to clean any residue off. Since then I've just been using Novus 1.

Small paint brush and Windex with vinegar. Swirl it around and then use a second brush to dry it off.

Three damp q-tips on a drill.

Substitute Sparkle for Windex to lose the plastic harming ammonia and you have a winner.

Better off using Sparkle or some other cleaner without the ammonia, which will make plastic brittle over time.

+1 on Purple Sparkle and a Qtip.

Cheap, round, makeup brush from the dollar store and some alcohol, although, after reading all of this, I think I may switch to the Plexus plastic protectant since I have some of that in stock for my auto headlights.
