    Outlane gate ball saves

I'm on the other side that thinks knockers are the most overrated thing out there.

    Quoted from chuckwurt:

What about when they are used in creative ways like big valuable shots on gottliebs...

    I'm down with those.

    Quoted from rai:

It's not a feature that is under rated but....

    Awesome thanks so much!!!

    Quoted from sunnRAT:

    Another underappreciated feature...
    Timed-value spinner shots.

Somewhat similar on Nine Ball...working the value up & then hitting it lowers it.

    Quoted from pinmister:

Can you imagine STTNG and others without it? The modders would be selling tons of lame extenders I mean lane extenders.

I meant moving gates like in EMs, Space Shuttle, SW Prem+ etc

    Quoted from chuckwurt:

Overrated imo. The floating spinner is fun with cool rules, but the drops take up too much of the game, and I feel like the MB lock is pure luck a la catacomb. It’s never grabbed me like the other classic sterns have.

Lock is much more manageable than Catacomb's, at least you have a chance with a bank shot. The 173k U-Turn is a bit of a wasted gimmick really.

    Quoted from mystman12:

Doesn't Doctor Who technically have these as well? The Dalek targets behave like those.

Do they? Never owned one, I always assumed they were just flaps/gates with no switches on them

    Quoted from Matthew2015:

Only Bally Grand Slam and Speakeasy pinballs use these.

Don't forget Zaccaria Clown has a moving Flyaway

    Quoted from goingincirclez:

They have switches to register idividual flaps as you're supposed to aim for specific Daleks for higher points, as well as hitting each one, to clear each wave.

Gotcha so it funnels into one saucer or whatever mech it has back there; thanks.
