An upper playfield loop that can be hit over and over in a row. When I can do it well (like on No Fear twenty times in a row) it's a blast. Of course when it's a shot I can hardly ever hit (TMNT) it sucks but I'm not talking about that one. Only the good kind

I have four; the long shot, the sure shot, the hot shot, and the big shot.

Drop targets, especially when they snap in two...

Not a fan of newton balls, but I do enjoy when you hit a captive ball, and the rebound shoots your ball back at you.

or Star Trek, or TMNT...probably others.

C'mon, you know it's all about the ramps.

    #17 2 years ago

Not on the list but I find the 180 turn around shots like in LZ premium for the dead end shot or in Mando Premium for the encounter shot on the up down shot to be satisfying.

yes like Maiden and beatles for me

The Warp Loop on a nicely dialed-in ST is hard to beat, and never seems to get old. It is difficult enough that you never really seem to “master” it, but when you do get into that groove with multiple shots, it’s so rhythmic it’s almost musical.

    (So I voted “orbit”.)

its orbits or spinners here.either spinner on zeppelin

    #21 2 years ago

Hate to give a complicated answer to a simple question, but it really depends on the game. On JM, rip the spinner and speed around the orbit as fast and as many times as you can. On a game like MB or any game where the ramps are unique or interesting, it's the most fun to hit those. Least fun is any sort of target, with the exception of single playfield drop targets like in CC or 24. Those are a lot of fun.

Repeatable loop shot. Doctor Who upper flipper to 'O' ramp is one of my favorites.

    #23 2 years ago

brick. it's the shot I'm best at

    #24 2 years ago

Call me crazy but I like the reverse ramp shot on black belt up the ramp with upper flipper.

I should have added the repeatable loop shot to the list. definitely a fee-good to hit the Beatles loop 4 or 5 times in a row.

I hit 5 Godzilla loops in a row the other day; that felt well.

It used to be drop targets, but I’ve come to enjoy a good spinner rip even more.
