Did you get the kit from Pinball Life? I just bought a classic Stern flipper rebuild kit that also included a pair of those little plastic washers. The only thing they fit (that i could tell) is the shafts of the flipper bats. Maybe to raise the height of the flippers for certain games? I'm not sure what they're for, i should probably just email Pinball Life and get the answer straight from the source
