What is the ultimate stop'n'go game og the modern era. Meaning the most extream stop'n'go-ish.

Just looked into a bit of Champion Pub and I believe that one is a strong contender.

well I posted in your double post.. so. i'll do it here..

    I vote Pirates

    Define "modern era" first.

    TZ

    #5 11 years ago

WPT is by far my most stop and go game.

    #6 11 years ago

I'm hoping it turns out to be WOZ.

    #7 11 years ago

    I vote flipperless games first
any game with a 'vid mode' (champion pub is honorable mention)
    TSPP - garage,tv,otto software timeouts

    #8 11 years ago

what about RCT ? i have never played it but someone chime in

    #9 11 years ago

CP is a good one, TZ is the winner

    #10 11 years ago

    I am voting for PotC!!!

    TSPP than POTC

RCT is pretty flowy not stop and go. I vote tZ for best stop and go with pirates being a good second. Tspp is also in there somewhere.

I also immediately thought of TSPP...

Not when you take the left orbit gate off and disable the post except on river.....

TZ is WAY more stop and go than WPT.

TZ has a lot. You have the slot and piano scoops. The rocket whichs pauses for a few seconds. The magnets in the orbits which stop it on both sides. The divertor on the wireform which stops when the battle the power is not lit. The hitchhiker shot. The loading of the gumball machine. Probably missing a few other times it stops the ball as well.

Tz gets my vote or mm.

    W?D gets my vote!

In my collection, I'd say Funhouse is the most stop and go...

All kinds of places to stop on that pin..

Rudy's hideout, mirror scoop, hallway lock, Rudy's mouth, trapdoor, stairs skill shot, right scoop.. Ball is always getting held somewhere....

TZ and TSPP for best games with a ton of stop and go.

This is true. My WPT only stops the ball in the poker hand scoop or on the "river" shot. This is fairly infrequent and it is an excellent flowing pin in my opinion. No stop and go here.

Pirates, I posted the exact same question about 5 months ago and PotC won. It's a great game also, as is TSPP, and TZ, probably the easiest to find and most affordable of the 3, not by much but they are always listed for sale.

    I'd say SWE1.
Lots of video scenes to watch.
But stop and go games pair really nicely with a cold beer.

    #34 11 years ago

TZ is heavy on the stop and go. TSPP wasn't exactly a fast flowing game either.

    +1

look at the layout, every single shot gets stopped, slowed down or spun. The only shot that is quick/flow is the 'jack' ramp.

Fun game but i could not believe that so many shots were like that.

    TZ would be my vote

    #37 11 years ago

Ticket Tack Toe. There's no way to get less stop and go.

    -c

I would say +1 for Champion Pub as pretty much every shot is stopped.
