Is there a spec screw that should always be used for mounting things under the playfield like lights, flipper brackets, whatever? I find a mishmash of #6 or #8, and 3/8" and 1/2", mostly hex-washer sheet metal screws, but sometimes robertson cap head screws. It seems risky to me to use 1/2", since that's close to the thickness of a playfield.
Would #6 - 3/8" sheet metal screw be the by-the-book choice for mounting lamps and other under-playfield bits?
