I have a Bally Dixieland that is in dire need of a new set of plastics, so I will be getting a German company to cut the plastics (this company sells a lot of "playfield guard" pieces. So I am setting up drawings for the plastics (from very accurate measurements), but I am unsure as to what the diameter for the holes where the metal standoffs are attached. The current set I have has had those standoffs removed (i.e., via putting a sharp-cone-shaped soldering iron bit in the standoff, which then melts the plastic, allowing for the plastic to be removed from the standoff), so the measurement of that is not as accurate as it should be. I figure that when these plastics were first made, they ll used the same driil size for these holes, but I don't know what it is. The measurement I get is about 5 mm. The measurement of 4.7625 mm matches 3/16", so perhaps I should use that.

On a side note, I'd prefer to let a professional attach the artwork print; obviously as there are folks making remanufactured plastics, this i something that is a regular process, although it seems that once the proper paper is used, it should be easy. Any ideas on this too?
