What is the most you ever paid for a pinball machine?

I will start by saying for me it was $3k for a TAF ten years ago.
(At the time I could have bought a MM for $4k.)

    #2 11 years ago

OK I confess 5500.00 for what I consider a CQ TZ.

    #3 11 years ago

$6,080.00 For a NIB LOTR L.E. Included shaker motor installed!!

WOZ ECLE $7,500. No I could not commit early. Better late than never!

    #5 11 years ago

6k for TZ, but I didn't enjoy it

    #6 11 years ago

1400. Take a guess which one it was.

    #7 11 years ago

$1000-4999 is a pretty big spread covering the cost of most games up until the last year or so.

    Yep...was going to mention that too...that's why I didn't vote> :p

Agreed, but I didn't want too many price points to choose from in the poll.
Also thought it would be fun to see pics of the prized Pinsider possessions.

Looking for overall trends for curiousity's sake. Definitely not scientific polling.

This sounds like a trick question. Logic would dictate your STTNG, but I will guess
that your Top Card was $1,400. Am I right?

    #15 11 years ago

Lol, think it would be a sad sad day if someone paid 1400 for Top Card, but tell you what...if someone wants to buy it for 600, I will sell it right now.

$4200 for new in box (TSPP, OP's paid less) and I would never spend that again. All the new ones coming out are nothing better, except the price for them. I'm sure they have a good time going to the bank, more power to them, glad it's not my money. I'm tired of hearing it's 2012, prices have gone up, bullcrap, parts are more available than ever and not much different. All the noobs can pay what they like, I won't go there. Give me any system 11, I enjoy them the same or more. But, to each his own, it's all pinball and fun. Just my opinion.

Was it a Hurricane or a Striker Xtreme?

    #50 11 years ago

Caught a wayward balloon from Kansas that left a nice hole in my wallet. Max paid so far, but first NIB and an LE at that, so what the hell.
