"Keeper" within a week of owning it. You can't truly know a game is a keeper for at least several months IMO.
And the general sentiment that a new game is amazing. Look at the historical rankings — almost all new games start high and drop shortly afterward as opinions settle to reality.
"Excellent condition" or something similar. I'm amazed at how often excellent means "anything but excellent".
"I'm going to look at a game. I'll be back in about an hour". My wife says "pinball time" is always at least 3 times what I say it will be.
"Code needs updated"!!! These aholes are the same people that can't help themselves and buy every new NIB that comes along, DUH.......the code is never finished for you, Mr. I measure myself by my serial number and gotta be one of the first.
The most overused phrases on Pinside sure are:
"I wish they'd make an Iron freakin' Maiden pinball"
"Hey wow, where's the Big Lebowski pre-order list"
