My favorite shot is actually in teed off. You have to shoot between drop targets without knocking them down to score a hole in one. If one of the targets is down though, no hole in hole for you!

The Hot Shot ramp on Hollywood Heat....best shot ever!

#3 6 years ago

any shot that makes the knocker go off...

#4 6 years ago

Sweeping the 4-bank on Quicksilver while banking into the left spinner.

#5 6 years ago

Not sure if it's the best, but the spidey sense lane shot is very rewarding!

My favorite 2-hit combo shot of all time is AVLE - ironman loop then one time shot into BW. Awesome feeling making that combo.

ACDC bell; this isn't the best shot in pinball UNTIL you have 2X/3X rolling and just as its about to expire you NAIL the bell. That sir, is why I have it on my list of greatest shots.

LoTR ring shot. Never gets old especially knocking the ball out during DTR.

The Delta ramp on STTNG is my choice off the top of my head.

#8 6 years ago

The left spinner lane in my Stern Stingray....the games uses old chimes so when it hits the spinner at high speed, and those chimes go off, VERY SATISFYING........

#9 6 years ago

I love hitting the crane on DK. The louder the game is, the more satisfying it is!

#10 6 years ago

Ring shot in LOTR, followed by hole in one shot in NGG.

#11 6 years ago

Centaur - Double Queen's Chamber.

Combines two of the most satisfying shots into one: a captive ball and inline drops. That thump when you hit it feels so rewarding.

How about any shot that clinches beating any wizard mode ?

#13 6 years ago

nobody said NGG hole in one shot yet?

I'll take it one further and say "The Picard Maneuver" left orbit, left ramp combo!

Just the OP.....and flashburn.

Rudy gulp!

#17 6 years ago

Or getting into rudy's mouth when he is talking sh*t to you.

#18 6 years ago

Slot machine shot and standing back getting ready for lost in the zone.

I am with you. The Picard maneuver on STTNG is IMHO the best shot combination in pinball. Especially when you are at warp 9.0 and accelerating.

Billionaires club on BOP!

Hitting the left spiral then opening the upper left flipper to make more room for the Camera shot in TZ (without the aid of the magnet stop). Not many points, but hitting the right flipper for the left sprial, after the ball passes holding down the left flipper to open up the shot, then timing the right flipper again is supremely satisfying.

Oh and ring shot in 2-ball DTR mode to knock the other ball in.

Collecting Do Or Die on Iron Man and starting Jericho mode at double value!

That's what jumped into my head. I guess the "Picard Manuever" can't count as a shot, since it takes two flips.

Hs spinners, when dialed in are awesome, especially multiple loop shots

#25 6 years ago

Destroying the ring in lotr. Hitting the last shot in TSPP alien invasion, have never done it.

Whirlwind
Air Raid

#27 6 years ago

This is definitely a hard shot! I also have a soft spot for the Snack Bar on CFTBL. Multi restart or super scoring!

I would agree with this point, it is so thrilling to get wizard mode shot , but if you want one game it is getting multiball right after you hit 5x play field to get triple jackpot hitting left ramp 3 times in whitewater.

Unless you've played every machine ever made you can't honestly answer that question.

All you can answer is; "Which of the pins you have played has the best shot?"

Dead end through the jets brutal shot if you miss on tz

Smashing it in the vault on TAF. Sounds great, feels great and aint an easy shot

#42 6 years ago

Didn't we just do this thread like a week ago?

Quoted from markmon:

Mine too, followed closely by the rescue the Damsel shot on MM.

#43 6 years ago

I really enjoy nailing the captive ball shot on IJ to start the lost treasure mode and collect treasures.

LOTR ring shot is up there! First time I experienced it I was amazed.

Sinking the long vault shot on TAF is especially satisfying. It has a great "clunk" followed by a neat sound byte.

Semantics. I think that's sort of what the rest of the world assumed.

Having all the doors lit in TZ and hitting the slot.Lost in the Zone

Good call, you got my vote on Rudy.

I second you...so satisfying

LOTR = The final shot on 2 ball DTR

#49 6 years ago

Making the jackpot in Black Knight 2000 after you've already lost all but one ball and the music is building towards the end of jackpot. Bonus if you have to lower the drawbridge after the end of multiball as well, double bonus if you make the jackpot after the game says "No way!" just before jackpot times out.

#50 6 years ago

Hole in One shot in NGG is by far my favorite. Was worth getting the machine just for that. I do enjoy that left ramp shot in CFTBL when you're in multiball and it spins around the saucer on the bottom.
