Just looking for opinions. Haven’t played a TNA yet. F-14 will be my lead-off game. Games with no ramps to shoot for.
Quicksilver, Star Gazer, Meteor, Flash Gordon, EBD, Paragon. There are tons of great ones, and I'm not even mentioning EM'S!

flash gordon? I think that game has two ramps.

Oops! Too early in the morning. My bad. I think I was thinking single ball games at the same time. Lol.

maybe you were thinking about Williams Flash (which has no ramps)
I’m not asking all games with no ramps. Opinions on the best games with no ramps. I like Centaur as another “best” game with no ramps.
Barracora is an awesome game, IMO. Great rules, phenomenal art, and some really fun shots. It definitely rewards accuracy and strategy.
Surprised no one has specifically mentioned Fathom yet. Best use of inline drops in all of pinball IMHO. Top that off with incredible artwork and awesome classic sounds and early speech, and you've got yourself a winner.

Quoted from shovelhed:Capcoms Breakshot! Love the billiard theme plus has a dmd.
Yup, not enough love for breakshot! Really fast game, arguably some of the the best kinetics in pinball!
Would Black Hole count? I feel like it would, since the return tube isn’t really a ramp/exciting game feature/even visible. If you guys agree, I’d throw my vote in for that being one of the better ramp-less games.
Aside from SS games, I think there’s a tremendous amount of EMs out there that are fantastic candidates.
Since Black Hole has two levels I think by default it doesn't count.
I'll add Firepower to the list of great rampless games.

+1 for Fathom and Centaur. Gorgar too (or maybe I'm partial because its the only game I own).
Quoted from Puffdanny:F14 hands down
I've only had mine for a few weeks but it keeps me coming back for more! Man it's fast! Sounds and light really keep you in the experience too.
Looking through all the lists I agree with most but seeing that 95% of what has been listed is solid state and "Gottlieb-less" I must object! There's a ton of great games from the 60s and early 70s!

Not my intention, please add some of your TOP rampless games!
Quoted from GreenMachine19:Can’t shoot for a ramp so I counted it on the Linked Games.

Well here's something I was thinking about... Does 1972 Bally Fireball have a "ramp"? I say it does because you can choose to shoot for it (or not) with the plunger, based on how hard you plunge the ball.
I might be in a minority on this one but Freddy is pretty cool. Although it has two poppers to put the ball on the wire trails, there are no ramps to shoot for.
