Everybody that comes to my house and plays it can't stop playing it. It's a pretty addictive game. Only Stranger Things has that effect on people in my collection. LZ is really a wonderful game, and completely underrated and dismissed by art critics and coil counters.

That's just it; I can't really put my finger on it. But there are a lot of people on Pinside that judge a game simply based on how much crap they stuffed into the game, and that doesn't necessarily equate to an addictive game. For me, a masterpiece is a game you keep coming back to over and over...even if you have other amazing games in your collection. I played STh almost exclusively in 2020 when it "wasn't safe" to go out. When LZ came around, I started playing that exclusively in 2021.
I have ACDC, JP, GOT, IJ, SW, etc. - but they don't get nearly as much play from me or others.
BUT...everybody's taste is different. There are many who think TZ is a masterpiece, and although I love the theme, I really hate the game. (Maybe because I'm more of a flow guy?)
