    I'll play...

    I'd price to sell at $4,000+...
    I'd be happy to pick it up for $3,200...
    My guess is it closes around $3,600...
    Currently competing with one in the marketplace at $3,600.

    I see that it still has some adjustments to go. If it were me, I'd dial it in all the way, and complete the restoration, before sale, and go for top dollar, and market it as "needs no work at all" -- to avoid the tire kicking. For example, I noticed the ball hopped on the upper flipper on an orbit shot. I'd fix that.
