If you need the .156 connectors and pins to connect to the CPU headers, then look here: https://twistywristarcade.com/48-156-kk-series
If you are looking for some sort of rectangular connectors, then please post a pic.

I need the molex housing that the wires connect to, not the pins on the board.

You sure it is a CPU board you are asking about? This where a picture is best.
J205, J212, J206-J209 are all 0.100" connectors.
J210 is 0.156".
If you are repinning connectors, very good chance the header pins on the board need to be replaced as well. Again, picture of what you are trying to replace would be great.
