For me it's a no brainer: Cirqus Voltaire!

ToM and CV have hands down the worst video modes ever.

There are other that are worse for sure.

Tommy immediately comes to mind.

Hmmmm, I like the bomber video mode.

Ok, that tells me all I need to know, and sorry to say, you now have no credibility in my eyes when it comes to video modes.

Did you know that you can never touch the flipper button once when in that video mode on Tommy and your score will always be at least as good, and almost always better, than if you tried to "fly" the plane by moving it with the flipper buttons? Just park the plane at the bottom of the screen and let it go. Exciting!

Quoted from epthegeek:

This seems to be the more common theme of complaints. And I think it only becomes an issue because people have the games in their homes and get to the point where they are good enough at them to steamroll through to the 'wizard mode' or whatever you want to call it and then are disappointed that it's not more intricate/interesting -- where in the arcade you'd be thrilled just to get to it.

I agree, and this is why CV gets my vote over the others, especially with the Home ROM that adds a few more steps to the Wizard Mode which actually requires you to go around a *second* time to get to them.

By the way, I currently have two JPop pins on my wish list: CV (which I have already owned previously and really want back in the lineup) and TOTAN. I've also owned both ToM and WCS94, both of which have superb flow. I love the PF designs on all of JPops pins (haven't played Episode 1), the magnets, toys/features etc., The only shortcomings are the rules/code on ToM and TOTAN. WCS94 actually has a good ruleset.

It's a pretty close race between CV and TOTAN. Even ToM isn't that far behind.

CV has a 17 vote advantage over TOTAN, with ToM closely behind TOTAN.

I agree with the majority who have voted thus far. CV is JPop's best work. I just snagged a sweet low play HUO CV. Can't wait to take delivery!
