Submitted a ticket 3 days ago to JJP via their website. Got a robo-email saying their techs are looking into the problem will get back to me. So far, crickets.
Does their ticket systems even work? Would it be faster to contact them by phone?

Phone. I’ve never heard back when using their ticket system. And when calling, don’t bother leaving a voice mail, just keep calling till you get someone. That’s the only way I’ve ever got help from them.
Quoted from Oneangrymo:Thats weird usually if I submit a ticket they write back within hours
It's been inconsistent. I've emailed and called. It took me 5 tries until someone finally helped me, and when they did, it was efficient and quick.
This is my top complaint with JJP. They need to start banging out 1 title per year, minimum. Their stuff is too well made to keep us waiting 2-3 years between titles.
Are you registered with them ? Like do they know you are the owner of the machine? Thats really weird. My experience has only been stellar. Stern is great too but they write back days later.. JJP seriously within 2-3 hours

This has been my experience so far as well.
My experience. Their Google forum is not overly helpful. The ticket system, if you submit code suggestions or report bugs you're not likely to get a response. If it's a part purchase or "fix kit" request really quick response. If it's a technical help request I've typically had 2-3 day response times. The support responses have always been very helpful. I would say if you have something you simply cannot afford to wait on then call.

Yep. Pre-ordered the machine way back. Have had the pin ever since.

Ok, I'll give it a day or two more. If no response, then I'll call.
Not complaining by any means. Only the second time I've had to reach out to them.
Thanks for the replies!
Quoted from adol75:Their response time is variable but luckily we have ltg here whose response time is instant !
If you need parts though I would definitely recommend the phone.
I'm around noon to midnight CST or CDT every day. Call me. If it goes to voicemail I'll get back to you as quick as I can. This is for tech help. I can't send parts.
LTG : )
