Someone bought it then jacked the price up for resale. They won't get that but now everyone looking to sell same title will ask that price. Not everyone but the uneducated will.

Leaving GA and heading to PA on Feb 3rd to pickup a whirlwind project. Looking for another project I may be able to pickup on the way. If you got anything let me know.
