Wow Shadow sure looks nice!
Quoted from initfo:
Does anybody know this guy?
He contacted me about my pin for sale. I'm a little leery because he has no posts in over a year. Claims to be from around Grand Rapids. I might seem paranoid but I just want to protect myself.
If he tries to lowball the shit out of your price its probably choggard.
Now were going to punish someone for bringing a game to a show for everyone to play instead of hoarding it in there basement.

I've been looking for my first pin for a couple months now. I don't have the cash right now for what I really want, LOTR or NIB GOT pro. Maybe later this year. Right now, looking for something for about $2k. Has anyone ever been to "Pinball at the Zoo"? I see that there's a pinball auction there in April. My question is whether it's worth waiting until April to try to pick up a machine there. Are there usually a lot of machines in that auction or just a few? Are the auction prices reasonable or ebay-style inflated prices? Thanks for any help!
Cool show but don't wait for auction.
Quoted from CraZyMuffin:
I thought I was all set for pickup! I made plans to borrow a truck, a friend to help load/unload, an esclara to get it out of the basement...
Then out of nowhere, I get a "sorry..." text message about his wife promising the machines to a coworker, and he will get back if that doesn't go through... nothing yet.
got to love that shit. I have learned that you cant even wait one day or someone will swoop in and get it ahead of you.
Only saw invisiglass for sure once on a guys attack from mars and it looked like you were playing the game without the glass on and it was at a pinball show so the overhead lights were on above the machine everywhere, just wish I had a game worth more than a few hundred bucks.
Quoted from PBachtel:
Too many low ballers in the marketplace - worse than Craigslist.
Id agree, I have 3 people from pinside offer me 2,000 for a refurbished, clean getaway
I still kick myself for passing on a getaway for $1,700 because i was to lazy to drive a few hours to get it.
Quoted from IceCreamMan:
Anyone know or have any feedback on the guy in Memphis / Richmond that usually have A-listed Williams Bally machines listed on Craigslist? Are they a member on Pinside?
I Dont know but they have been on CL as long as the brass cash registers from the antique store in Brooklyn.
Well now that we have everything ironed out on pinball etiquette, does anyone have anything for sale? Wait one quick question? Would it be ok if 6 people play a 6 player game on 6 Million Dollar Man.
Is choggard a member here again? I thought he was banned for life on pinside, if so what name does he go by now?
Quoted from kruzman:
If anyone was trying to get a hold of dayhuff, his gardener accidentally cut his phone line (J.D has no cell phone). I think it is up and running, but I just wanted to post that incase you were trying to get a hold of him. He is alive.
Hes driving around in his dads old 1930 ford checking out all the stores to see if he can buy a derby hat.

Indiana Jones pinball adventure by Williams- Game boots and plays but has some opt issues.
This is the non-scammer for sale thred, not the Choggard thred
Quoted from Rock914:
OMG!!! You are the Choggard aren’t you? Why did you start this account before you deleted Choggard?
Yea I thought he was banned from this site (pacman11), not only was he called out numerous times for scamming (this is why there is this non scammer title for thred) he was caught price pumping his own for sale adds with a second account, I guess its ok for him to start a third account and quietly post games for sale again.
Cash on the glass

Hey everybody. Question. A bbh popped up on Facebook and even though I’m downsizing, that’s the one game that I’ve always regretted selling. Long story short, what is the best way to protect myself so that when I send my money I either get a game or my money back? Ed
Quoted from Dayhuff:
Also looking for a Nightmare on Elm street
I saw one on facebook marketplace (looks nice from what you can see), of course its price on the high side but you never know, there was no number listed so you will have to phone a friend with your jitterbug phone to get some info.
