So Collector Quality (CQ) can have Wrinkling around the legs?
I'm getting so confused...My BSD just became CQ now, thank-you.

#1230 8 years ago
Quoted from ForceFlow:

CQ would either be a flawless original or a high quality restoration that was flawless and could be considered museum quality.

I'm in this camp...But, to each his own.

#1248 8 years ago
Quoted from silver_spinner:

think about it, what if there were only 100 of a certain title, and out of all of those 100, the best one is an 8 out of 10 in condition.
but, its the best example on the planet for that title.
so, isnt that one CQ?

I think you have a strong argument for "highly collectable".
I don't believe most people, regardless of how many were produced, would expect to see CQ and [8 out of 10] in the same description.

edited; I took it wrong.

Quoted from silver_spinner:

SHINYBALL i wasnt attacking you at all, didnt even see your post unitl now where you quoted me. your argument is fair. i was just typing those things as a general statement towards anyone who is in the fog about things, not towards you or anyone on here at all.
carry on.
my apologies..

My Apologies as well, sir.
and to those who want to go back to the "whats for sale in Michigan" crickets...

awww...was hoping one would be the munsters

#1339 8 years ago
Quoted from galaxian:

Hell ya I want a Munsters slot also!

Michigan law is a slot has to be 25 years older to ship here. Don't know the age of IGt 1 munsters.. but, I suspect I may have to fetch one myself. Depending on it's age.

#1345 8 years ago

So if Munsters is a bill/paper voucher machine..that's not legal..right? cause I really don't know. All I know is, they won't ship it here.
I never seen one that has been converted to tokens...would take all the fun out of it anyways.
wonder what year they were made.

Should I sell my Whirlwind to help get a MB? Struggling!

tough call, especially if very nice.

The thread is "what is for sale in Michigan". It's not, "I want to list my out of state pin in Michigan".

The thread title speaks for itself very clearly. I don't see any way to interpret it to mean any thing other.
Mileage isn't a factor here..neither is (but, "I'd" like to see more...) or, but "he" did it and it went well. It's not the thread.

Don't like it? Then start your own thread stating "Sell your out of state pins in Michigan" thread... Issue solved.

Quoted from RCA1:

As someone who grew up in the UP, I'm occasionally reminded why so many Yoopers have a negative opinion of everyone below the bridge.

Ha, I spent a couple years bar tending on Mac Island @ the Grand Hotel..I agree

Quoted from wolverinetuner:

Does any other state for sale thread have this issue, or do we only have this debate here?

There is a select few... who want more.

This may be a interesting read to you. You will have to judge for yourself. Any freight co can damage..it's all about how they handle it that can matter. I do love the idea of a crate.

It’s that bad huh?

The next thing will be, "still has foam on playfield".

Quoted from Pinkitten:

I am so lucky to have connected with Daane at the right time. I already had Scared Stiff and EHoH. I really wanted to complete the minty trilogy with a restored example. We discussed it for about 6 months before he let me have it. I installed new green displays, powder coated legs and more. I believe he’s working on another one now. He knows his stuff!

Yes he does...that machine will play flawlessly.

Would like to simply point out that choggard has a red heart.

It's simply part of his "Modus operandi".

Any interest in a MBR_LE with 287 plays? (1st owner) pristine. 12k
