I never say negative comments about games ,I for one could give a rats ass what other say or think but some feel ownership very personal I don’t know if they are just to sensitive in general or it’s the monetary aspect but it’s true, so I just hope they are happy and having fun with there game.I really never played a game that was not fun just some more than others.

What's the name of the place? And the exact address (i.e. is it on 13 Mile or Mound Road)?

Quoted from Robotworkshop:A while back there was a post about working on a couple of challenging (understatement) unique/rare Mr Game machines. Take both machines and return one working. That challenge was accepted. For a variety of reasons this was no easy task. Had to start at square one and go over everything on both machines. Work on all the boards, work on the monitors, work on the playfield, and wiring. About 5 months on and off between working on the two games.
I'm happy to say that this weekend the challenge was completed and a working Mr Game Motorshow was returned with extra parts, documentation, and additional versions of the game ROM's. Monitor working with a nice picture, game playing with sounds and talking. It was rewarding to save such a unique game and worth the effort to fix it. Glad that it is back home again.
Still working on the other Mr Game machine and intend to have that fully running again too. Should have time over the holidays to wrap that up and get some play time in on it.
Well I'm happy to say that the 2nd Mr Game machine "Mac Attack" is alive. A very unique game that is cooler than I though it would be. Even made it into the the living room! Still have a few switches to clean/adjust but overall working well. So now two very rare unique games have been revived and working again!
You can see a current picture here:
Plan on getting some more games on it then will figure out what comes next. May entertain trading for something on my wish list.
Getting these machines running was NOT a trivial endeavor but since they are so rare I think it was worth saving them.

What about Galaxy Arcade on Gratiot. Now a Jewelry store. That is where I saw a BOP and made me eventually get a pinball machine instead of just video games.
There was also Ricks arcade on Gratiot near 9 mile. Place was kind of a dump and had mostly video games. Don't remember if they had any pins.
Quoted from dscapo:Definitely not… that’s where I grew up
Me too. I know there was a skate and bike shop there in 87. It was west of Gratiot and south of 16.
I remember they had a bunch of ramps set up in a fenced in area behind the store. Could have sworn it was albes. Maybe it was a different shop.
Quoted from Robotworkshop:What about Galaxy Arcade on Gratiot.
I remember that place. All of the pins were on the tile and they had signs everywhere with instructions about proper behavior. I got the pinball bug from the Van Dyke Sports center (aka the butterfly”. That place was a shithole but they were always buying the new games.

Ahh Metro Bikes was a block south of 16 on the east side of Gratiot. Bought a Gary Fisher mtb from them. It was a good little shop.
Lately I have been feeling like playing some IMDN (Pro or Prem doesn't matter) - if anyone local to West MI wants to trade permanently or temporarily, send me a PM if you see anything in my collection that would interest you.
Redrunn skate shop. 5831 E. 13 mile.

Or, if someone wants to buy my BKSOR Prem (w/Topper, shooter, blades, shaker, and pinwoofer) so I can get on the list for the next IMDN build this year, that works too - 11.5k.

OR - I could sell Mando (Premium w/Topper, shooter, blades, armor, shaker, mods, and sound upgrade) for... 9800.
Quoted from Jackpotjared:Shadow posted.
Good thing you posted when you did, Scott. If you had waited a little longer it would have been 5 O’Clock Shadow.
Have a low play HUO Hobbit LE I would sell for $9,500. Game is in like new shape, I’m the original owner. Comes with a number of nice mods. Would also trade for a NIB Godzilla Premium.
