More than likely some dude in India or Nigeria hoping to get 1 person a week to Paypal them some money and I guarantee they catch a fish enough to keep the scam active.
True. I responded to an ad once and the guy said that the game was shipped to another city since he moved during his ad. I told him I had family near by and they would come pick it up for me and then crickets. scammers suck ass!!
