Quoted from PoMC:Why a licensed theme? Let's see some originality instead.
I like this idea if Stern would pass on the savings from not having to pay a licensing fee. Does anyone know on average what that cost per machine is? $200? $1000?

Buy America's Most Haunted.
People are saying that theme has been put on hold or put to bed. The new rumor is that Iron Maiden was chosen to replace it and is next. It seems the Led Zeppelin license is still difficult to obtain and manage the project. Hopefully Zep will still get made soon.

I've been hearing TWD as a replacement for Zep, not Iron Maiden...
Quoted from maglar:Hasn't every body heard, Stern is making a automotive related trilogy. Next up after Mustang will be a Chevy Chevette themed pin and last but not least will be there Big Guns, a Chrysler K car pin.
What about a Pinto?
Quoted from radrats:This is neither to confirm or deny the rumor TWD being next, but I ran into the actor who played Hershel at the local pinball bar here in LA.
And did you ask him?
Quoted from Grendel:Every time someone quotes this, I die a little. He was fine with CSI and Sopranos, but not Walking Dead? 'Kay
Also, it's 2014 and Stern has never done a video game theme.
Roller coaster tycoon. Is a videogame theme dude haha. And as u know it, its been made by stern
We can probably infer with some certainty the next title will be released in late September to concide with a release party at Chicago Pinball expo in October. So, with that said, Stern doesn't give any info on titles to the general public until a month before shipping. That would put the official announcement of the next title at late August.
So it appears we have another month to play guess the title
I'd love to see an underwater scuba diving theme. Something along the lines of a modern day Bally Fathom or Stern Stingray... but with all the bells, whistles, ramps, and deep software of currently made machines.

That's a really great idea and one that I hadn't heard or thought of before.

Quoted from Roostking:Queen? LOL, If that game gets made, pinball deserves to die.
That's nothing I just read a post on another thread for a request of an Arcade Fire Pin. If that happens I'm out, and might have to end it as I'm not sure I could go on. Now if they were to make Arcade Fire and as a balancing measure release Slayer or Venom then I'm in.

it's called Captain Nemo from Quetzal Pinball and this one is coming very soon!!!!
Quoted from Squizz:TWD is next
will be TV version not comic
I say it will be the opposite!
(Comic not TV version)

I'm thinking so as well. That way they could tell a beginning, middle and end through the games missions. The Walking Dead TV show seems far from over which makes me wonder how they could even have a wizard mode if Stern based it off the show.
OR the tv characters in a comic book/cartoon style art.
the possibilities are endless!!!

There is a lot more material to work with if they use the comic series.
No spoilers, but the book is much further along in plot development. And the art is freaking awesome. Want a modern day Centaur? Black and White zombies from TWD.
Quoted from rotordave:From what Gary was saying about Gene last month in Sydney, I wouldn't think so.
Plus JT has just done Mustang.
My hunch would be this guy. Gary knows a winner when he sees one.rd

I would sell my Medieval Madness to be able to buy an IRON MAIDEN pin!
Quoted from PinballManiac40:Beavis and Butt-Head is next !!
That would be cool.
Given the success of cartoon pins like TSPP & FGY and Pinhead demographics, also thinking Beavis & Butt-Head would do reasonably well for Stern if gameplay was decent.
Game could feature some now retro early-90s music.
Or perhaps even retro Music Videos on Stern’s first LCD.
Theme also presents lots of possibilities for creative PF toys: lock 3 balls in the deep fryer for multiball, etc.
