    Hello,

    Not sure what the "normal" time frame is or should be. All I can say is that the most recent board repair I had done was by Clive at The Coinop Cauldron. Fedex'ed the board down, he took a quick look that day or early the next, gave me a price, I approved asked for expedited repair which he offers at a nominal additional fee and in three days had the board back. Fricking amazing. Great communication using something called a "telephone" of all things. Highly recommend Clive!
