have an opportunity to buy one which is unused but minor scratches from storage, how much are these worth, I don't want to overpay and only intend framing it on the wall.

It's worth more to the person missing one... Could be worth 200+ to the right person. If it were me and the glass looked good, I would offer $80-$120.

Most recent sale on the 'Bay was $299 with best offer accepted, condition minor scratches. How bad do you want to hang it on the wall. $100? $150?... I don't think I would go much higher than that...and I am a serious Bond fan.
I've been looking for a NOS one for over 15 years. I bought a second game shortly after I bought my first one just for the better backglass but I'm always looking for a perfect one.
