My sister in law found one at a shop and wants to know if I want it. It is in pretty good shape. What is it worth.

That is a 1949 Bally 'Champion' one-ball horse race game. While I have a great affection for one-balls, most people don't. They are not worth a lot.
This game is also missing it's head, unless it is just not in the picture.
