One issue that is I have is that sometimes I lose the ability to speak, it is caused from neurological damage from radiation treatment on my brain. When I am having an episode and I’m out and about I have a note with me explaining that I can’t talk incase someone tries to talk to me or if I’m in the middle of a sentence and it happens. Not being able to communicate is one of the most frustration things I have ever experienced!
Also my wife thinks I’m a slob!
