Sorry, I only noticed this thread just now. Actually it was my brother and I who started the Q&A thread. We cooked up the idea after meeting up with Gary and team at Expo last year and thought it would be a fun way to connect Stern and the Pinside community.
Unfortunately it is taking a bit longer than expected, I think it has to do with Sterns moving to a new factory. It may have been a matter of bad timing. But I'm still confident that the Star Trek team will take take some time to answer your questions and I will also send a link to this thread to the powers that be and see what's cooking! 
So apologies for the long wait, I hope the answers will (soon) make up for it.
