I was interested because I was curious to know if this Spanish game had also copied the playfield of the Gottlieb original, and it seems that it hasn't...
Here's the original Gottlieb Backglass for reference (thanks DF!):

I notice they both have a central dual target arrangement with a plastic with a woman's face on it, but that's about it as far as similarities go...
Ah yeah, and they both have that light blue/dark blue diamond pattern going on at the top of the playfield...
