I think that the hardbody is a different game than the Bally in the first picture (note the hardbody is against a wall, the Bally up top is not)
Although the 6803 games used the same side art, they all used different color combinations on it, and Lady Luck looks like it fits the bill for the purple side art and what little can be seen of the playfield.
