One thing to consider. You have Aerosmith, if you get ST you will have to get a color DMD to compete with the LCD or it will look like an antique sitting next to it IMO. SW comes with the LCD. I put a few games on SW the other day and thought it was a lot of fun and code will only improve.
With that said, I also played all three on your list at Replay Museum when I was there and had the most fun on ST <out of list games>. I think all the weird bloops, beeps and other sounds add alot to the gameplay.
