I'm thinking these plastics came with the goody bag of Breakshot. I think I have a set of these not 100%, I would have to dig through my stuff to find out for sure. I have no clue as to why they would have been offered with the machine.

Ok found them and they are marked Breakshot on plastic bag, They are 4.5 inches center to center hole. Also found this with a picture of them http://www.pinballrebel.com/game/pins/breakshot/breakshot_pinball.htm
