    Do you turn off the main Theme background cause its too repetitive? Resort to electronic chimes instead of standard scoring sound?
    Using an alternative setting on the later-model games?
    There seems to be a lot of discontent with the sound(s) pinball machines make, with many downright irritating.

    I yanked the entire sound board out of Metallica and installed an EM chime unit.

    Yeah,I read a lot of negative comments about that machine. Hearing the actual sound of prospective buys on Youtube turns me away from a lot of them.
    Did the Metallica offer the ability to change settings like early SS?
