What other tech? From what I've seen Eddie is the only tech there. The other guy's a hack & should only be allowed to take out the trash and clean the restrooms. Eddie's doing a hell of a great job and it's understandable that he can't document everything when he has to fix 8 pins in 45 mins.

There's only 2 possible explanations for this.
1. You repaired everything too proper, now nothing is failing.
2. The other guy took care of everything before you got there.
