Do you state in your for sale ad that calls are preferred and texts and emails will be ignored and provide your phone number
I'm guessing most sellers would rather screen out the lowballers and himhawers by there texts/emails/pm b4 wasting time on a call or visit to find out if they are a serious buyer or not
I will add I have talked over the phone on all my purchases to setup terms and conditions of the deal such as a deposit to hold it on a long distance deal i couldn't get to right away or setting up a time and place to view the pin and then finalize the deal or pass on it once viewed
