    These are at the top of my list:

    I know it's dumb- but a step extender for my landing when I use my escelera.

    They're expensive- but I think would make a scary first step on a small landing a little less scary....

    I'm not going to spend $300-$400 on a sander, especially if I don't plan on using it too frequently
