My 2 cents...
There are 2 price points for your game
1. As-is - pictures of a filthy machine with some spare parts to spruce it up. You say working, but none of your pics show it powered on
2. Take your spare parts, spend about 40 hours and another $100 in misc parts & cleaning supplies to get it in the best shape it can for as little investment as possible
#1 is the exact type of machine I like to find, clean and fix. Then keep if I like it or flip it if I don't & not lose my ass on the deal
#1 gets you that 3500-4000$
#2 gets you $4k+ depending on how well it cleans up
Whichever you chose is up to you and your ability /willingness to invest in this pin
I still have my LOTR that I bought NIB back in 2003. But I would buy this in a second and do the work to get the #2 price point. I would recommend you do too, unless there are other factors pushing you to move it fast
