    Quoted from Fezmid:

Weber mustard is horseradish mustard - I think you'd like it.

I hafta say Grey Poupon is good stuff, just the right amount of nose irritating spicy. I like to mix straight horseradish in with already spicy or non-spicy mustard.

Anyone been to the Happy Dog in Cleveland? Ive only been there once but you can put whatever you want on your hot dog plus they have pinball too.

Mayo, mustard, jalapeños and onions and the dog needs to be a little crispy

    #56 2 years ago

Just ketchup, mustard, relish and chopped onions on an all beef dog. Very simple but good! Didn’t I just mention that a few months ago?

    #57 2 years ago

    My wife, if I'm lucky...

But seriously, usually just mustard, a pickle spear and diced onions if I'm feeling sassy

    #58 2 years ago

'Cause pinballers are can-do people I had to make some dogs after reading this thread. Straight horseradish and spicy mustard on top. Sauerkraut would help too...

For those not in the Twin Cities, Tilt Pinball Bar has a bunch of hotdog options. https://www.tiltpinballbar.com/menu

You can put whatever you want but if the bun is stale, it's all pointless!

Do you put beans in non hotdog chili?

We had bean-less chili for lunch sometimes when I was in public school. It was called a Sloppy Joe.

Only eat veggie hot dogs and brats (the brats taste amazing), but I tend to start with mustard, then add onions, peppers - all you really need.

    #72 2 years ago

What is the bullshit with people getting all butt hurt over ketchup? Seriously, what do you care what someone puts on scraps of meat stuffed into a casing? It's a hot dog, pretty much the lowest form of meat products.

    Warm kraut and yellow mustard

Spicy weiners. No wiener is complete without sport peppers.

Every Friday at my warehouse I set up a “Frankfurter Friday” table.

Last week I tried “Meatball Monday” subs which actually killed it.

And yes that’s squeezable sauerkraut on the table.

Beef hot dog with spicy mustard and relish.

Lynched is a pretty strong and charged term these days, and rightly so. You might want to consider using another term…

What condiments would get folks in trouble in Texas?

As a proper Texan the answer is peanut butter, jelly, and Cap’n Crunch.

    #82 2 years ago

At my pinball events. Ball Park Franks, nacho cheese pump, ketchup, and mustard. Serve yourself.

For me. The hot dog, nacho cheese, and ketchup.

Using "Lynched" is racist and should not be allowed on Pinside

That is a bold choice. Will have to look into that.

Ketchup, mustard, relish, and celery salt.

What ever happened to Catsup? I don't remember liking it but I never see it anywhere.

Also Cincinnati area has some really good chili cheese coneys.

I think they serve that in neutral countries, mustard AND ketchup.

The official hotdog rules say no ketchup on hotdogs once you are older than 18. You should know better by then

    #88 2 years ago

Eskay hotdogs were the best made in Baltimore ! Not sure if there still around ! Use to get them at the old Memorial Stadium on 33rd Street! Baltimore Orioles/ Baltimore Colts

Ketchup is a sickness. For the love of all that is holy, some dude in the other hotdog thread said he puts it on his steak and even fish sticks.

    Stop the madness.

It's not too bad and worth it for not getting colon cancer or cardiovascular disease by age 55.

Plus it's better for the planet.

Ketchup is wonderful! I don’t put it on steaks but if it floats your boat go ahead. I would defy anybody to try and take a bottle of ketchup out of my hand if I was putting it on my hotdog.

My ketchup of choice is purchased at gods gift to groceries H‑E‑B and it’s made by gods gift to fast food, whataburger.

Whataburger straight from the barrel black label ketchup. Spicy.

Anyone here dip a grilled cheese in ketchup?

That's the same way I feel about Ketchup for breakfast.I almost made a waitress cry on my Golf trip at Myrtle Beach, when she saw me pouring Ketchup all over my bacon eggs and home fries.

No different then putting salsa on it, which is delicious as well. Hell, I put Old Bay on most everything. You got to do you.

When 14 I use to slice two dogs, fry, put on white toast, and squirt with ketchup. Sounds really good right about now!
