    Me too, man. I tore up my elbow trying to slide a LOTR around at Nickelrama...that concrete floor and no sliders on the feet? My elbow and shoulder have been chronically flaring up for YEARS because of this. Elbow rarely ever anymore, I rehabbed it by delivering pizzas (you laugh, but it worked). Start carrying around big flat 2-5lb things on that side for a year or so, it'll fix it right up.
