I watched that tower get constructed. The one in York as well. Have made several David City - Gothenburg runs [Nebraska Salt & Grain] over the years.
Clinical perfusionist (operated heart lung machine during open heart surgery) for 42 years. Retired in 2014. Been buying, selling, trading, fixing pinballs since 1989.
Family physician. Stumbled into it, and love practicing. Dealing with the administrative stuff and U.S. insurance and payment structure, I can do without.
Also edit medical journal summary articles as a side gig -- about 10 a week.
Pinball has been a tremendous escape from the occasional heaviness and difficult conversations that accompany the joys of it all.
Wouldn't trade it for any other career.

My Earth career was Air Traffic Controller. Great job, except the shift work. That's what makes you old quick.

Cool ! I worked a lot of those over the years. When I retired, I moved to FLA and was refueling jets at an airport for fun, and refueled a lot of Net Jets. They've got a nice fleet and variety !
