I just ordered my first new pinball IMVE. What do I need to protect it? Do the new sterns need leg protectors? Does the new Iron man need a ramp protector? Maybe a kick out protector.

Protect the shooter lane and magnets. It should ship with the leg protectors/standoffs and ramp protectors installed.
I've not tried Cliffy's magnet protectors, but I put Pinball Pall stealth mylar on my magnets from day one.
When I opened my Tron, I put the pinball life kickout protector on, a piece of mylar on the curved area of the shooter lane, and then the Cliffy protector on top of the overlapping part. It's holding up quite well.
