I have a HT-225D. Some of my early work with it wasn't very good. I sometimes didn't get a good grip and I could pull the connector off the wire with a little effort. I don't know what I'm doing differently now, but it's working much better for me. Repinning connectors is no longer that big of a deal.
I've also done two wires into one pin to replace looped IDCs. That worked just fine, too.
Basically, I wasn't entirely happy with it at first, but now I am!
