Track and Field is always a blast with a friend! I've never played one with a 6 button layout though, but I'm sure you could map it to the upper or lower left/right buttons and it would work ok.

No Alien Vs Predator mentioned as a beat'em up? I would personally rank that as top 5 in beat'em ups at least. The DnD games are great also.
I got my kids hooked on the 1000 Miglia games on Neo Geo. Super fun racing game played on a joystick.

720 would be the one dedicated cab that I would buy if there was a reasonably priced one by me. Always loved that game.
