I have all of my legs powder coated. I bring in the legs dirty / rusty and they blast / clean the legs to perfection, and powder coat tor $40 a set. The price comes down if you do more than one set in the same color. I had 7 sets of legs coated last summer, 5 Bally grey, 2 black and 1 set hammer-tone for $155. Primo Powder Coating rocks.

Oops I made a small mistake when I posted. the $155 price was or 5 sets of legs. I did two other sets at different times and they where $40 per set. My grand total for 7 sets of legs was $235, still a lot cheaper than buying new legs and I like the correct non ribbed legs for my older games.

I have only had black, grey, and hammer-tone shot onto my legs but there are quite a few silver or chrome powders available. I am pretty sure that chrome powder coat has to be clear-coated so there would be added expense involved. I am very impressed with the hammer-tone that I did my old Stern Lightning game legs with, it looks pretty much just like the original.
