Quoted from Mopar:

While checking and freshening some of the machines for the annual Winter gathering,
the Flipper Pool's 1,000s score reel channel/guides shattered.
Picked up an 8' plastic channel molding from the hardware, now just waiting for the
#2 bolts and nuts to arrive. The channel's a little lighter, but should work fine..[quoted image]

Hey Tim I have a whole KOD head if the channels are
the same.

Quoted from Mopar:

I forgot, is this Jon?
Thanks, I appreciate it but I think the channel that I picked up from the local hardware
will work okay. I have the two channels cut and holes drilled. Just waiting on the #2
bolts and nuts which is suppose to arrive tomorrow. The channels look a little different,
but I don't mind. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again!

Hey Tim it's Ted here, the lool the loop guy.here,s a couple of pics of my flipper pool.

Marble Queen.just cleaning up the pf and getting it ready to reassemble.already have new bg and plastics for it.

Quoted from Spyderturbo007:

Thanks to both of you! I'll measure it when I get home from work tonight.
The switch itself is fine, it's just the top is apparently snapped off, so the pop bumper scores, but won't fire. I thought of pulling the switch and soldering on an extension. Maybe that's easier?

That's what I would do.

Quoted from 2manypins:

Working on a Bally Kick Off right now, but whenever the ball hits a 10 point switch, the coil in the head energizes and won't score. Coil will stay energized.

I would check the 10 point relay.I've had it happen before if the contacts are dirty they won't complete their task and stay locked on.

Quoted from mark532011:

Working on a Miss-O, going to get the full treatment, repair/repaint cabinet, playfield touchup and clear, redo every single contact, switch and coil. Gots lots of time while isolating, might as well do a full job.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

I like this game.love the cheezy artwork.

Quoted from o-din:

Tester's oil based model paint. And it's all done by hand with the different brushes. I have to do a lot of mixing to get colors and shades that are close. Sometimes better than others. Had a little practice with this stuff when I was young. Takes quite a while to dry before I even consider sanding.
[quoted image]

Can I ask how come oil and not water based?
