Well, she isn't in the best shape- but she now plays great. I bought it not too long ago (posted previously)for $200 cad, it was a steal in my neck of the woods. I didn't know anything about the game, except it was cheap.
The guy selling it was nervous about selling it to me- im in my early 30s and at first glimpse probably don't look like I know too much hahaha. (I've been a refrigeration mechanic for the last 15 years) He seemed a little worried I was going to plug it in without knowing what I was doing.... like it was going to catch on fire.
Before I plugged it in, I took an in depth inspection of it. Fuses 4x the rating put in spots, a random coil wired into the back hanging in place. It had a coil on the captive alley lock on at some point and almost burnt up the machine. It also was sprayed with some sort of wd40 on the cabinet insert. Game was filthy as they come.
After a full tear down of the top and bottom of the playfield and clean up of the wd40 residue (lots of 99% isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle..it was cheap and accessible last month) it was time for lamps, rubbers and sleeves. A new coil on the captive alley and a couple homade wire gates to replace the broken ones.
It worked but had several issues with misadjusted switches. After going through all relays and switches today, its up and running as needed.
It could still use some cleanup in the backbox but for now.. its time to play.
(Ps... this was the first em I put leds in. Not a fan of them at all)

The zipper flippers help with that
Finally got around to cleaning up my 1969 Williams Suspense.
Full topside teardown and cleaning/wax. Cleaned all coil assemblies and added new sleeves. Rebuilt pop bumpers with new skirts.
New rubbers and wax make me worried about smashing posts and plastics! It plays FAST!
Added a hand full of leds.... as the pf is so dark! They dont look right... but you can see the ball!
Cheers from Canada!

Thank you for the heads up and compliment Dono!! I appreciate the advice and link. I will correct it this afternoon
