These are in the cash box area of IJ (surely others as well). I’ve always wondered what they are for.
Are they for securing a different type of cash box???

The top two could be a bracket over a cash box. No idea on the middle two.
IJ seems to have these. HighEnd Pins has the same holes in his pictures, nothing secured to them though.

That's what I was thinking. Something like an engine stand bolted to the cabinet so the cabinet could be painted easier/faster.

Yup... just did a quick search on that... it looks as if that is for Euro cabs because they use a different cash box (at least that’s what I’ve found).
