They are unobtainium... no one makes them still.
You need to transfer the old bells to the new plastics/guides.
There are several methods, but basically, carefully grind off the rolled edge on top, then set the bells into place and let the screws hold them in place once screwed into the PF.

I forgot the size, and I was doing it just last weekend, but for the plastics you just run a drill right down the middle and it rips the top off the bell off and they pop out.
Then as said above you might have to grind down the top so the plastic sits flush, screw them in an you'll never know.

EDIT: 9/16"? anyway, not too big, you're not reaming the whole thing out.
Never done Metal but probably just the same?

Maybe a plastic star post will work in its place? Might end up being a nice little upgrade. Not original OE, but hey...its YOUR machine.

Think he didn't mean star posts but these spacers:

They come in loads of lengts/sizes so there should be some type that fits "good enough". Granted its not original but not sure anyone would notice anyway. Those fins can just be removed if the rest of the spacer have the correct length.

Sure, or he could use the originals for free after 2 minutes of drilling

Just becasue something can be swapped out for something new doesn't mean it should.
