Repainting my transformer. Pulled the screws and nuts out but the white/cream coloured plastic inserts/collets(?) disintegrated in my hands. Anyone got a link handy? I'm not sure what words to use in a search. Thank you!

So apparently they go by a few names;

Top-Hat Insulating Sleeves
Insulating Sleeves

Still no luck locating them...

Nylon shoulder bushings. Looks like something you could get from the plastic pullout drawers at your local Ace Hardware store. I think mine has them.
