In my experience, Chas and Pat will take incoming calls after noon Central time, and they will return calls all day long. Most of the time the calls go to message, but they will return your call in the next day or so.
Chas and Pat are top notch tech guys, customer focused, patient--they will help you find a solution to whatever ails your Stern game. Smartest thing Stern has done is keep this tech line open and available.
If you believe you might have a warranty issue, it always helps to have your serial number handy.
